Yoga & Acrobatics for Kids
One person as the base, other as the flyer and we need one more person to be the Spotter or Safety. All together collaborate closely, communicating through touch, verbal cues, and visual signals to achieve balance and harmony
Acroyoga draws heavily from yoga, incorporating elements such as breath awareness, mindfulness, and alignment principles.
Acroyoga incorporates acrobatic elements such as lifts, twists, and dynamic transitions between poses. These movements (as poses and flows) require strength, flexibility, and coordination. We call this Solar Acroyoga.
In addition to the physical challenges and acrobatic feats, acroyoga also emphasizes therapeutic techniques such as Thai massage and therapeutic flying. These practices involve gentle stretching, massage, and assisted movements to promote relaxation, release tension, and enhance trust and connection between partners. We call this Lunar Acroyoga
We master different ways to communicate with other persons bodies and minds. through touch, talk and eyes contact. Remember is all about trust and balance, and this is perfectly extensive to out class life.
Acroyoga embodies a ludic approach to cultivate trust and safe sense of belonging trough group dynamics. We will play and have fun like kids.
Increasing body awareness. Yoga poses and flows, drills and Acro conditionings like strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Partner yoga, L basing and some Belly Basing.
The complexity and variety of the poses and flows, will vary from week to week, ensuring a well-rounded learning journey.
Therapeutic moment where you will discover calming cool-down methods: Thai massage and L basing therapy techniques.
You’ll find that time flies during the session, and occasionally, we may go a few minutes beyond the scheduled end time. If you have a strict time constraint, kindly inform your teacher so they can accommodate your needs appropriately.
