Our next 9 week beginners yoga courses are taught by Flying Yogis most experienced Yoga Teachers. Over the 9 weeks we will cover:
Week 1: Standing Postures Part A
Week 2: Standing Postures Part B
Week 3: Seated Poses and deep stretches
Week 4: Seated poses & core work
Week 5: Summary of weeks 1-5
Week 6: Back strengthening/ pain management
Week 7: Let’s do backbends!
Week 8: Intro to inversions and fun challenges
Week 9: Putting Week 1-8 together and learning how to “flow”.
This course will get you not only ready for open classes, but will make you fall in love with yoga. The classes include pranayama (breathing) relaxation and meditation.
