The Flying Yogi​

90 -120 min

HOW WE PARTY

This active kids birthday party is filled with yoga, dance, tumbling, acro, gymnastics circuits and games. These parties start from as young as 4 years up as our programmes are tailored to suit each age group and level of concentration and maturity.

DURATION

These parties run for 90 minutes or 120 minutes. 

90 Minutes are ideal for 6-7yrs and younger. They involve 70 minutes of activities + 20 minutes for food and cake. 

120 minute parties are ideal for 7 yrs upwards. 70 minutes activities; 25 mins food & cake; 25 mins more fun and games

 

FOOD OPTIONS

In our basic package, food isn’t provided, however we provide all cutlery, crockery, tablecloth, table, cake knife, lighter and serviettes. This also means no clean up for you!

COST

90 Minutes: $600 for 1 – 20 children 

$30 per child for 20+ children.

120 minutes: $760 for 1-20 children; or $38 per child for 20+ children

 

Extra costs:

If our activities involve extra materials that aren’t typically included in our parties or require extra preparation. 

Our Parties work best without parents attending. In  Annandale ONLY – if you wish to have over 8 parents, there is a table charge of $40 – we set up a table in the side room so you can lay food out for them there- and they can congregate there.

The Ninja Yogi

90- 120 mins

HOW WE PARTY

This party is a variation of our classic ‘Flying Yogi’ party with yoga, acro and Ninja-style challenges and team activities where your child can test their Ninja skills! These parties start from as young as 4 years up as our programmes are tailored to suit each age group and level of concentration and maturity.

DURATION

These parties run for 90 minutes or 120 minutes. 

90 Minutes are ideal for 6-7yrs and younger.  They involve 70 minutes of activities + 20 minutes for food and cake.  

 

120 minute parties are ideal for 7yrs upwards.  50 minutes activities; 20ish mins food & cake; 20 mins more fun and games

The Disco Yogi

120 min (90 min for preschoolers)

HOW WE PARTY

This fun DISCO kids birthday party is filled with yoga, tumbling, acro, gymnastics circuits, games and ends with an unforgettable DISCO! These parties start from as young as 4 years up as our programmes are tailored to suit each age group and level of concentration and maturity.

DURATION

These parties run for 90 minutes or 120 minutes. 

90 Minutes are ideal for 6-7yrs and younger.  They involve 40 minutes of activities, 20 minutes for food and cake + 30 minutes for a DISCO!

 

120 minute parties are ideal for 7yrs upwards.  65 minutes activities; 25 mins food & cake and 30 mins for a DISCO!

Natural Beauty Party.

HOW WE PARTY

This is a fun party for children over the age of 8. It is great for tweens and teens as we teach children how to look after themselves in a natural and healthy way. We begin with yoga and acro activities before we start two activities of your choice from the following:

Activity 1- Pick from this section

Chocolate making (perennial crowd pleaser)

Bath Bomb Making

Bath/Body Scrub Making & ‘upcycling’ jars to contain them (extra charge for some materials; see below)

Activity 2- pick from this section

Natural Face Masks with kitchen ingredients (all allergies taken into account)

Crystals & Angel Card Readings (extra cost involved for offering a crystal to each child)

DURATION

These parties run for 120 minutes. 

The layout is 35 minute yoga & acro session, 30 minutes of activity 1, 20-25 min break for food and cake then 30 minutes for activity 2.

Arty Party

120 min

HOW WE PARTY

At Flying Yogis mindfulness comes in many forms. As well as our yoga, agility and acrobatics- we love a good art project to sink our teeth into. At our Art Birthday Parties, we start with yoga/gym/games & dance… then when the children are having a snack and some cake we set up the venue to be an art studio. We have a range of art projects to choose from- all of them with a recycling/sustainability or cooperation amongst friends theme. 

DURATION

These parties run 120 minutes. 

The layout of the party is generally 40 mins of activities, 20 mins food and cake and 1 hr art project!

FOOD OPTIONS

In our basic package, food isn’t provided, however we provide all cutlery, crockery, tablecloth, table, cake knife, lighter and serviettes. This also means no clean up for you!

Glow Disco

120 min

HOW WE PARTY

Please note: Glow parties MUST be held around sunset and are ideal for children aged 9+ as they run quite late into the evening. 


Glow Disco Parties are a whole lot of fun! 

Get your GLOW on with an awesome disco to your favourite songs. With our special glow in the dark lighting you can dance like nobody is watching. Limbo, Macarena, Nutbush, Musical Statues… the sky is the limit. 

DURATION

These parties run for 120 minutes. 

The layout is generally 35 mins of yoga, gymnastics and games, then 25 mins for food, cake and face painting (you can bring white t-shirts then the children can decorate with fluro markers). Then- Let GLOW WITH THE FLOW! 30-40 mins of glow disco fun!

FOOD OPTIONS

Hip Hop Hooray

120 min

HOW WE PARTY

Get your buddies together, let us know your favourite song to dance to, learn a fun routine, throw in some solo and partner acro moves and lets jam! Some of our Gurus are professional dancers and their Hip Hop/ Street Dance classes are so much fun!

DURATION

These parties run 120 minutes. 

The layout is generally 55 mins of dance lesson and routine, then 25 mins for food and cake, 30 mins of acro fun, then a little showcase at the end for when the parents arrive (please ask parents to come back 10 minutes earlier to watch the performance)!

 

FOOD OPTIONS

Step 2: Choose Your Location!

Great News! We are automating our party bookings! Please read the instructions carefully and email us if you have any difficulties. We need your feedback and patience as we get this right! 

Please remember you will pay a deposit on 50% of a party for 20 and under children. If you are booking in more kids- please select that in the booking extras- and we will email you to get your final numbers

Why Can't I book online in Jan?

In January, our party staff run our school holiday camps! Over this time, they are less available on the weekends. This doesn’t mean we can’t host your party in Jan- but we would love to organise it with you via email as we need to confirm available staff. Email via the link below, and we will be happy to accomodate. Bookings after the Australia Day long weekend are available to be done online
