What you will learn!

Have you been thinking of trying Yoga but are too intimidated by the advanced “Yoga Bodies” at the yoga studios? 

Or have you attended and wished you had the postures broken down in detail so you can do them correctly? 

Our next 8 week beginners yoga courses are taught by Flying Yogis most experienced Yoga Teachers. Over the 8 weeks we will cover:

Week 1:  Standing Postures Part A 

Week 2:  Standing Postures Part B

Week 3:  Seated Poses and deep stretches

Week 4:  Seated poses & core work 

Week 5:  Back strengthening/ pain management

Week 6:  Let’s do backbends!

Week 7: Putting Week 1-7 together and learning how to “flow”.

Week 8: Introduction to inversions and fun challenges


Each week includes breathwork; meditation; mindfulness & relaxation techniques. 


This course will get you not only ready for open classes, but will make you fall in love with yoga. The classes include pranayama (breathing) relaxation and meditation.

Hiral Pandya

Inspirational Iyengar Yoga Teacher

Hiral has arrived from Pune, India, where she studied Yoga under the Iyengar family since 2011. She is the real deal! 

Hiral’s teaching focus on alignment; muscle isolation; precision; and step by step progressions. She has been literally uplifting our students at the Studios with her depth of knowledge of movement and form. 

She loves athletics; marathons- movement to the physical extreme.

Lisa has been practicing Hatha Yoga for many years. She is a Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher. Her first beginner’s yoga course commences at our Bondi Junction Studio this July.
