What you will learn?

AcroYoga is a dynamic and playful practice that combines yoga poses with acrobatic elements and therapeutic Thai Massage Techniques. It typically involves two or more people working together to create synchronized movements, balances, and poses.

No partner is required to participate, as we foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all attendees. All levels of experience are warmly welcomed to join us on this exciting journey.

Please note- there are no free trials for our courses. Drop in only under approval, to keep every one safe.

One person as the base, other as the flyer and we need one more person to be the Spotter or Safety. All together collaborate closely, communicating through touch, verbal cues, and visual signals to achieve balance and harmony

Acroyoga draws heavily from yoga, incorporating elements such as breath awareness, mindfulness, and alignment principles.

Acroyoga incorporates acrobatic elements such as lifts, twists, and dynamic transitions between poses. These movements (as poses and flows) require strength, flexibility, and coordination. We call this Solar Acroyoga.

In addition to the physical challenges and acrobatic feats, acroyoga also emphasizes therapeutic techniques such as Thai massage and therapeutic flying. These practices involve gentle stretching, massage, and assisted movements to promote relaxation, release tension, and enhance trust and connection between partners. We call this Lunar Acroyoga

We master different ways to communicate with other persons bodies and minds. through touch, talk and eyes contact. Remember is all about trust and balance, and this is perfectly extensive to out class life.

Partner-based activities foster teamwork, cooperation, and mutual support, creating a sense of camaraderie and shared accomplishment.
Overall, acroyoga offers a unique blend of physical challenge, creative expression, and interpersonal connection. It provides an opportunity for individuals to explore movement, cultivate mindfulness, and deepen their relationships with themselves and others through collaborative practice.

“I’m familiar with Acro, doing this workshop really helped me communicate with other people and discuss positioning of feet on people taller and shorter than myself. Usually I do this with one person, becoming used to that interaction. I’m glad I got to base and I actually can do that properly!

““I absolutely love coming to Victory Yoga with unusually perfect class combinations, like acupuncture and yoga, or sound healing and yoga. It’s great value for money, because to attend those activities separately would be triple the price but you get two in one, doubling the cure! Plus Valerie is an amazing teacher full of vitality. I always feel revived and refreshed when I leave.”
