You may be time poor; or can’t get yourself to a class; The idea of group classes may not appeal; you may have an injury or health condition and require a tailored class to help heal.
You may be a complete beginner and would like a few private sessions to enable you to confidently enter a group class.
Or on the other end of the spectrum, you may have a very regular practice and would like one of our highly experienced Yogis to challenge you beyond what you get in a standard open class.
