Once again we can take beginners and intermediate levels at this workshop. We are honoured to have Valerie Saindon, one of Australia’s top Acroyoga teachers, come and teach with us each month. She will get you into the craziest shapes in the most enjoyable way ever.

Euphoria- Conscious New Moon Rave
The Flying Yogis team love the whole conscious & sober dance movement. We now have the space to hold our own parties, plus a great lineup of djs and guests.
