regular CLASSES DESCRIPTIONS

Deep House Yoga

Some yoga experience is recommended for this class. It’s also recommended for Yogis who like a challenge and a strong yoga class.
Our Deep House Yoga classes are flowing, invigorating and will allow to move to the beats of  music.

 

Body alignment - Hatha Yoga

If you come to yoga to move, ground & totally unwind from life’s pressure, this class is for you. It’s also suitable for complete beginners, & students requiring therapeutic & restorative practices. Don’t forget, like in all our classes, your teacher will tailor each posture or sequence to you & your specific conditions… so just let your teacher know of any pains or strains you may have.

MOBILTY & FLEXIBILITY - Yoga

This class improves your physical range of motion and mobility by showing you how muscles engage and work synergistically.
Ideal for :
– Yogis working on improving flexibility in each joint and area;
– People seeking improved freedom of movement throughout their entire body
– athletes who would like to improve mobility and flexibility;
-and people recovering from injuries.

The class mixes Yoga; resistance work with resistance bands; core work with fitballs and probably every other piece of equipment at our disposal at the studio!!

From a yoga point of view- a flexible; agile and strong body mirrors a flexible, agile and strong mind and heart!

Flexibility - YIN YOGA

Take some of the most gentle stretches you know; hold them for 2+ minutes- then you know the true meaning of overcoming strain; injury; blockages; emotional baggage & pain- until you eventually achieve a bliss state. Yin yoga might look like you’re doing nothing at all- however, it is one of the deepest forms of relaxation you can find, as it deals with the “issues stored in our tissues” … and leaves us, ideally, without a worry in the world.

Functional Training

Train your whole body with a demanding workout that is going to take your cardiovascular and muscular resistance to the next level. You’ll discover new boundaries of coordination, balance, and body awareness, while you develop a fit / shredded body as well as a strong and unbreakable mind.
