A project well done; a crew whose commitment deserves to be acknowledged; team  members working under the pump; some staff members who’s morale may need a bit of a boost; something healthy before the End of Year festivities begin!. These programs have been created with them in mind! 

Your group will be given  a discourse on Meditation & Mindfulness techniques they can practice at home, followed by a Meditation that has been designed to address stress management; mental health & wellbeing in and out of the office place. 

Your group may love an Intro to Yoga & Meditation class; an energetic Power Yoga session;  or they might need a nurturing and healing deep stretch class. Let us know their needs and our “flexible” (pun intended!) teachers will accomodate. 

60 Minutes of Yoga (Anyway You Like) plus a 30 minute interactive and practical Mindfulness talk by our Senior Yogis about perspective; stress and confrontation management; mental health and wellbeing.

A creative and healthy way to get the gang working together; knowing each other in a less formal setting; discover fresh ways to strategise and solve problems;refresh; reset – and make work fun!

This very general open class is focused on fun, bonding, a little bit of a stretch ; a few sneaky sips of wine or two and alot of fun!

We've kept the office/ corporate worker's mental and physical health and wellbeing at the forefront of the development and creation of our programs. They will leave any of our sessions with a fresh view on life and all the challenges and confrontations it throws their way.

Have a Stretch & Giggle at a Fun Wine Yoga Class

At Flying Yogis, we take a fun approach to Mental and Physical health & wellbeing. Wine Yoga is the perfect way to kick off an end of year celebration; segue into an evening of festivities at training retreats; or reward your gang for a job well done! It’s a good pic if you think some team mates may be hesitant about joining a Yoga session- then this is the best form of introduction!

60 Minute Yoga & Stretch Session

$ 350 one session

We host our activities at our Studios in:

Annandale– 103C Parramatta Rd, (Entry on Johnston)

Bondi Junction– 1/360 Oxford St, (Entry on Vernon). 

We can also work with the Willoughby Bowling Club and Willows Restaurant if you are looking for a North Shore option. 

We can come to your offices; park of choice; or meeting room where you are hosting your retreats. A travel fee will apply in this situation

Whether you are doing a “rewards” class or a “build” session, we assume most of the class are new to Yoga or these kinds of activities. 

If you have a strong or regular Yoga practice, let us know. We can always offer you a stronger challenge or option!!

Our Refreshment or catering options are extra. Please email to get a quote. We can provide chai; fruit and bikkies, all the way to completely sumptuous grazing boards.  

Did you know that our Annandale Studio is adjacent to the Empire Hotel? Their restaurant is an ideal place to take the staff for lunch or dinner and the food is scrumptuous.

And the Willows @Willoughby can also completely cater your post Yoga meal. 

In Bondi Junction, we have a few places nearby we highly recommend.
