(2) that are completely allergy free – no nuts, seeds, eggs, wheat…
This is a great bliss ball recipe that your kids can take to school as they should comply with strict school guidelines.
loads of dates
couple of tablespoons of cacao or cocoa
loads of shredded coconut- to blend into the mixture, and to roll the balls in.
Blend the main ingredients and add more dates/ oil if you need it more moist, or coconut if it’s too wet. once you have a dough like consistency, make balls to the size you wish. Rolling them around in shredded coconut makes them look like they came off the cafe bar… but can be messy with little kids.. so your choice.
