Warm up
We warm up with some stretches or yoga poses or flow. We also work on conditioning exercises to get your body more acro fit, whether is strength, flexibility or endurance.
AcroYoga
Learn the basics of Acroyoga or refine your practice in a fun environment. We usually learn (and practice) between 2-6 poses per classes depending of the complexity/challenge of the poses. Don’t forget to take a few photos… we’ll make you insta famous with your friends
