Welcome to our Monthly New Moon Ceremony Programs
The new moon is a powerful symbol of new beginnings, inviting us to pause, reflect, and realign with our deepest desires. In many traditions, it’s a time to release what no longer serves us and set intentions for the month ahead. At Flying Yogis, we embrace this energy with monthly New Moon Ceremonies, creating a space for growth, clarity, and renewal.
Our ceremonies are thoughtfully designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Each session includes rituals to remove obstacles from your path, a calming deep stretch to release tension, and guided breathwork to center and ground you. Through journaling and intention setting, we’ll help you plant the seeds for achieving your goals and manifesting your wildest dreams.
Join us in our Bondi Junction studio, connecting with like-minded souls in a supportive and uplifting community. Whether you’re new to these practices or a seasoned participant, our New Moon Ceremonies are a transformative way to realign and begin each lunar cycle with purpose and positivity.
This month’s New Moon Ceremony is $45 for non-members and free of charge for unlimited pass holders.


Program Highlights.
Join us for a deeply restorative 2-hour journey designed to calm your body, clear your mind, and recharge your spirit.
Ease into stillness with gentle yin postures held for longer periods, allowing your body to release tension and your nervous system to fully relax.
While you rest in each posture, Amanda will share Reiki healing to help balance your energy and create a profound sense of peace and renewal.
To close the evening, we’ll gather together for a warm cup of tea – the perfect chance to slow down, share the experience, and carry the calm into your week.

Lisa is a certified yoga therapist and experienced yin yoga teacher who brings a calming presence and a heartfelt approach to every class she leads. With a background in mindfulness, Reiki healing, and therapeutic yoga, she creates nurturing spaces where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find balance.
Her teaching style blends gentle guidance with intuitive awareness, inviting you to release tension and explore stillness in both body and mind. Lisa believes in the power of rest, ritual, and energy work to support healing and transformation.
This Yin & Reiki evening is a reflection of her passion for creating soulful practices that not only restore the body but also nourish the heart.
