This class assumes you are well versed in all Asana Basics and they don’t need to be taught to you.
It’s actually a practice with the teacher so if you are working on: progressive versions of regular Asanas; inversions; backbending; acroyoga; arm balances etc- you will love these classes.
Class typically starts with about 15 minutes of Kundalini Breathwork; then around 50-65 minutes of strong asana practice (depending on duration of class) then 10 minutes of pranayama and meditation.
