All our instructors hold Working with Children Checks, current first aid certification, and specialized training in children’s yoga, gymnastics, and mindfulness. We’ve been teaching kids since 1997.

 

Age-Appropriate Programs We tailor classes for different age groups:

  • ELC’s: The cutest classes around. With songs, games and stories we introduce preschoolers to mindfulness and movement. 

  • Primary School (5-12 years): Fun, active yoga combining poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness

  • High School (12-18 years): Stress management, exam preparation techniques, and physical wellbeing

Our School Yoga Programs.

Term Programs (Weekly Classes) Ongoing weekly sessions that build skills progressively. Students develop strength, flexibility, concentration, and emotional regulation over the term.

Single Session Workshops (60-90 minutes)- The Zen Project Perfect for wellness days, special events, or trying yoga for the first time. Students learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods.

Exam Stress Relief Programs Specialized sessions for senior students focusing on stress management, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to support academic performance.

Staff Wellness Programs We also offer yoga and mindfulness sessions for teachers and staff to support educator wellbeing.
