Elements of the teacher’s course are drawn from our comprehensive and esteemed Kids Yoga Teacher training program. 

Flying Yogis have become Australia’s authority in Children’s Yoga Teaching and Training and have been working closely with children and development for over 10 years. 

HALF DAY MINDFULNESS TEACHER TRAINING

When: Booked specially for all your staff held at your school!
What: Specialty teacher training course that shares valuable tools, activities and understandings of child development, Physically, socially and emotionally.
Benefits: Equips staff to carry on these lessons into their everyday classroom, to assist kids with anxiety, stress management and mindfulness  and even improve classroom behaviour!

Cost: $50 per staff member, Rate decreases pp. for larger groups

When: Next program: 10th -12th September.
What: Flying Yogis presents a Yoga Australia recognised 30 hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training course. Courses are held in our Junction Studio!
Benefits: Learn and understand more about the positive affects of yoga with children. Increasingly studies have shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behaviour, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.
