This is an open Hatha vinyasa flow class. It’s ideal for those who’ve completed our beginners course, and those with some experience in Yoga.
It’s a whole body and mind workout with stretches; strength work; challenges; relaxation and meditation techniques.
Take some of the most gentle stretches you know; hold them for 2+ minutes- then you know the true meaning of overcoming strain; injury; blockages; emotional baggage & pain- until you eventually achieve a bliss state. Yin yoga might look like you’re doing nothing at all- however, it is one of the deepest forms of relaxation you can find, as it deals with the “issues stored in our tissues” … and leaves us, ideally, without a worry in the world.
This is a practice with our Senior Teacher. It is invite only as the basics are not covered at all. It is assumed you know all the basic versions of the poses and that you are already practicing stronger variations.
This class includes: strong vinyasa flow; inversions; deep backbends; arm balances and bound poses.
