Yoga & Acrobatics for Kids
Our school holiday camps in Bondi Junction feature professional art classes from acclaimed artist Lisa Chimes. Most camp days includes 60-90 minutes of hands-on creative projects including painting, sculpture, mixed media, and cultural art exploration. Art days are consistently our most popular, booking out 3-4 weeks in advance. Children ages 5-12 take home finished artwork they’re proud to display.
These are classes are included as part of our full-day school holiday camps in Bondi Junction.

Summer School Holiday Art Program with Lisa Chimes
Your child will work with professional-grade materials including acrylics, watercolors, clay, mixed media, and natural materials. Lisa teaches fundamental skills including color theory, composition, perspective, and cultural art appreciation.

January Art Program

Week 1
with Lisa Chimes
Kids will learn real paper-art techniques like cutting, folding, shaping and constructing in 3D. We’ll make mandalas, mini rooms, and even adorable paper squishmallows that pop right off the page.

Week 2
with Lisa Chimes
A colourful adventure! Children learn how to blend, layer and shade with oil pastels to create soft gradients and bold highlights. We’ll draw hot air balloons, pastel snow cones, and sparkly animal eyes.

Kids discover mixed-medium techniques and how to build a creative composition. Projects include the shattered-glass effect, colourful pastries and sweet treats, and dreamy moonlit street scenes.

MEET Lisa Chimes. PROFESSIONAL ARTIST AND TEACHER
Since Lisa Chimes (check out @lisachimesart) has come on board with her inspirational art and craft ideas for our Holiday Programs, we haven’t looked back.
She is passionate about teaching children as they are especially tuned into the natural world. Once kids have a basic understanding of colour, composition and perspective, their confidence goes up exponentially.
