Teens- 13-18yrs
Stress reduction; posture improvement; movement; stress relief via meditation and deep stretches; self esteem; body awareness; put a smile on their dials!

It’s so important to maintain some sort of normality, give our kids something to look forward to each week and prioritise our mental and physical health!! 

This 10 week course has been created to be the antidote to a hectic and probably stressful day of homeschooling. We understand the stress on the whole family as the lack of school structure creates lack of grounding; focus; and flightiness in many children- having a direct repercussion on the home environment. This course will run for 10 weeks. If the doors open back at the studios- then we will take the course back to the studio – or discuss home class options in future.​

Each Class regardless of age, will focus on these 3 important areas while having a fun and challenging theme each week!!

Kids will have the oppertunity to create some sort of normality and routine seeing their friends and teacher each week, and HAVING FUN!!

 

Year K - 3

We know how important is for these guys to get silly and let all their energy out!

Year 3- 6

Its Important for this age group to stay positive and maintain a sense of routine and normality.

How to safely use house furniture to improve their skills

MENTAL HEALTH
mindfulness, awarenesses, focus, Gracefulness

The idea of "think before you do- don't do before you think"

connecting with kids their own age via zoom

Teens

We've been asked by a number of parents to put on a specific course that will address:

(1) Teen Mental Health
(2) improve fitness
(3) improve flexibility
(4) improve confidence and awareness.

This 10 week course does just that . Whilst in every class they will do at last 45 mins of physical activity that gets them fit; flexible; agile and strong, we will have weekly discussions on the following areas:

(1) Mindfulness
(2) Stress & Anxiety Management
(3) Body Image
(4) Awareness
(5) don't fear mistakes!
(6) Confidence
(7) Importance of physical fitness for mental fitness
(8) ways to stay healthy
(9) yoga philosophy of karma
(10) yoga philosophy of meditation/ stilling the mind.

10 WEEK COURSE IS ONLY $200, (MONDAY COURSE IS 8 WEEKS- $160); SATURDAY IS 9 WEEKS (180). UNLIMITED CLASS PASS IS $380 FOR THE TERM.
